Who pays the fee — the creator, the fan or the agency?

Both sides carry a part. The creator pays 12.5% + 0.25 of the list price as the platform fee. The fan pays a 12.5% + 0.25 service fee on top of the list price at checkout. The agency pays nothing: your revenue share is a split of the creator's net, agreed between you and the model.

When exactly do we receive our money?

Every sale becomes available 14 days after it was made. Available balances are paid out on the 1st and 15th of each month by bank transfer (next business day if that's a weekend or holiday). Minimum payout is $30.00 / €30.00 per currency balance. Agencies with meaningful volume and a documented chargeback rate below 0.3% on Fangate are moved to weekly payouts with a 7-day hold.

Can our funds be frozen?

In the normal course of business, no: the 14-day hold is the only delay, and it is the same for everyone. Our Terms allow a longer hold in rare, specific cases such as unusually high chargeback rates or suspected fraud. We would tell you, and your earnings are never lost.

What happens on a refund or chargeback?

The sale is reversed for both the creator and the agency booking, in the order pending → held → available. Because of the 14-day hold, chargebacks almost always hit funds that were not yet paid out.

Question 5

What do we need for verification, and can we start before it's done?

Accepted Answer

Company documents (incorporation and a bank statement), the legal form and a Veriff identity check for the account owner. You can register, invite creators and start selling immediately; verification only unlocks withdrawals. Shares earned in the meantime are kept for you.

Do our models need their own verification?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every creator passes a one-time Veriff identity check before they can sell. This is what keeps the card rail and the platform compliant, and it protects you as the agency.

Question 7

Do fans see our creators' real names?

Accepted Answer

No. Every content account sells under a stage name set at registration — that is the only name on links, products and the public profile. Legal names and the documents from the Veriff and company checks are visible to our compliance team only. A public Explore profile is optional; links work without one.

Question 8

What can the agency not do inside a creator's account?

Accepted Answer

You cannot see or change their bank details, request their payout, change their email or password, or delete their account. Everything else — uploads, pricing, links, analytics — you can do. Every action is logged and visible to the creator.

Question 9

How is the revenue share set and can it change?

Accepted Answer

You propose a percentage (1–100%) in the invitation and the creator accepts it explicitly. Changes take effect for future sales only. Either side can end the link at any time; from then on 100% goes to the model.

Which countries can register?

Accepted Answer

Agencies from almost every jurisdiction can register. Registration from sanctioned countries is blocked to protect the platform's banking relationships. Payout bank accounts can be in USD, EUR or GBP.
