Wallet & payouts

Your earnings, always in plain sight.

Every sale lands in your wallet once the payment is confirmed. You see what is on hold, what you can request and what is on its way to you, without asking anyone.

Example balances. Your wallet shows your own numbers in your account currency.

How money moves

From sale to payout

  1. 1

    A fan buys

The sale shows in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you get a notification.

  2. 2

    On hold

Each sale sits on a rolling hold, 14 days by default, then moves to your available balance by itself.

  3. 3

    Request payout

One tap requests your whole available balance. Becoming available does not send money on its own.

  4. 4

    Payout run

Requests are paid on the 1st and the 15th, by bank transfer or in USDT, to the details you set up.

Four numbers, no guesswork

  • Available for payout: yours to request now
  • On hold: waiting for its release date
  • In payout processing: requested and on its way
  • Total: everything together

Payouts

Paid by bank transfer or USDT

Bank transfer

IBAN and BIC for SEPA, US routing numbers and UK sort codes. Set a default account and, if you like, a separate one per currency.

USDT on Tron

Prefer crypto? Add a USDT wallet on the Tron network (TRC-20) and get paid there instead of your bank.

A wallet per currency

Earn in USD, EUR or GBP and each currency gets its own balance and its own payout, so nothing is converted behind your back.

Two runs a month

The 1st and the 15th, moved to the next working day around weekends and holidays. The wallet shows the next run.

Good to know

Why is new money on hold first?

Card payments can be disputed for a while after the sale. The rolling hold covers that window, so the money you request is money you keep. Each sale is released on its own date, automatically.

How long is the hold?

14 days by default, counted per sale. The wallet shows exactly what is on hold and what is already available.

When is the money paid out?

Request your available balance any time. Payout runs happen on the 1st and the 15th of each month, moving to the next working day when needed.

Can I get paid in crypto?

Yes. In your settings, choose “Receive payout by crypto” and add a USDT wallet on the Tron network (TRC-20). Same runs on the 1st and 15th.

What happens if a buyer's payment is reversed?

The sale is reversed and the amount leaves your wallet, first from money on hold. That is exactly what the hold is there for.

Is there a minimum payout?

Yes, a payout can be requested from 30 in your currency.
