Setup

Connecting creators

Link a creator to the agency and the connection request goes out on its own.

Requests for the whole roster
Ask one creator or all of them at once. Reminders reach them on Telegram or by email.
Status per creator
Connected, Requested or Not now, each with a Remind button.
Own Telegram account
Phone number or QR code. No Premium and no bot; fans write to the creator as before.
Own bot
Made with @BotFather and added as a chatbot (needs Telegram Premium). The 24-hour reply window shows in every chat.
Proxy per account
Phone logins run over a dedicated proxy, provided and included. Your own proxies work too.
Clear limits
The agency reads and answers fans and sends paid messages. It never sees the creator's password, bank or wallet and can't delete chats.
Known buyers
Right after connecting, fans who already bought from that creator on Fangate are recognised.

Choose how strong the preview is blurred. The original shows only after payment.
Smart picker
Marks what the fan already bought or was sent, and your bestsellers.
Offer status
Sent, Payment pending, Bought or Not sold. Offers expire after 24 hours; one tap sends a fresh link.
Approved content only
Only media Fangate approved can be sold, checked again before each offer goes out.
Checkout in Telegram
Fans pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (non-AI content) or crypto, without leaving the chat.
Credit

One fan database across all creators.

Smart lists
VIP, Whale, Buyers, Never bought, Lapsed (30 days without a purchase), New this week and Blocked.
Stages
New, Warm, Buyer, VIP. You set the VIP and Whale thresholds.
Filters
By creator, channel, stage, spend and tags.
Bulk actions

Shift lock
Writing works only during a chatter's shift and pauses on breaks.
Pause all
One switch stops all chatting on the team; fans can still write.

The flow
Caretaker, then core team on shift, then helpers on shift, then the open queue, then a manager alert in the bell and on Telegram.

Decide per creator who is core and who helps.
Limits
Cap open chats per chatter, or keep a fan with one chatter.
Handover

Good to know

Is Fangate Chats a separate subscription?

No. It comes with every Fangate account. Only the usual Fangate fees on sales apply.

Which Telegram accounts can I connect?

A creator's own Telegram account, logged in by phone number or QR code, or a bot the creator made with @BotFather. Phone logins run over a dedicated proxy per account, included.

Is there a limit on creators or chatters?

No fixed limit. One workspace holds every creator, their Telegram accounts and the whole team.

Does it run on a phone?

Yes. Chats, fans, the Vault and settings have a phone layout, and the same team rules apply there.
