AI Content Guidelines

Introduction

These guidelines apply to every upload on Fangate — AI-generated and non-AI content alike. They form part of our Terms of Service. Violations lead to removal of the content and may lead to suspension or permanent removal of your account. Where these guidelines are stricter than the Terms of Service, the stricter rule applies.

Declare AI Content Truthfully

When you upload, you are asked whether the upload contains AI-generated content and, if so, to classify it. Answer truthfully — the responsibility for marking and classifying your content lies with you. AI-generated content is labelled for buyers and is sold only through the sales channel Fangate provides for AI-generated content. Undeclared AI content found by our moderation is removed from sale.

Real People Need Documented Consent

Content — AI-generated or not — that shows or imitates the image, voice or identifiable likeness of a real person requires that person's documented consent through Fangate's consent workflow. Deepfakes of real people without consent are strictly prohibited.

Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following is prohibited in every form — real, implied, animated, stylised or textual:

  • Any depiction, implication or suggestion that a participant is under the age of 18, regardless of appearance or context — including fully dressed portrayals.
  • Incest, in any form.
  • Bestiality, and sexual acts involving "creatures" (e.g. aliens, hybrids, animals).
  • Rape or any non-consensual act, including the use of force, drugs, alcohol, hypnosis or coercion, and scenarios with participants unable to consent (sleeping, intoxicated, unconscious).
  • Real harm or the suggestion of actual injury; blood (real or animated); weapons or BDSM tools implying real, lasting injury.
  • Urine or feces in any form.
  • Content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Prohibited Words

The following terms must not appear anywhere — titles, tags, descriptions, dialogue or file names — including all plural and conjugated forms:

  • Lolita
  • Pedo / Pedophile
  • Preteen
  • Underage
  • Rape (rapes, raped, raping)
  • Force (forces, forced, forcing)
  • Torture (tortures, tortured, torturing)
  • Hypnotize (hypnotizes, hypnotized, hypnotizing)
  • Any racial slur or hate symbol

Words Reviewed Strictly

The following terms trigger stricter review and should only be used in clearly appropriate, non-sexualised contexts: Twink · Nymph / Nymphet · Teen (only where all participants are clearly adults).

Keep Provenance Information Intact

Do not remove or alter watermarks, content credentials or other provenance metadata embedded in AI-generated files.

How We Enforce This

Uploads pass automated checks (image analysis and text filters) and, where needed, human review. Files can be rejected or removed at any time, including after publication. Repeated or severe violations end in permanent account removal. Illegal content is reported to the competent authorities.
