How do I verify my account?

Because Fangate complies with all applicable laws and recent KYC guidelines, you can start using Fangate only after we have verified your identity and age. For this, we use the industry-leading third-party service provider "Veriff." The verification process starts when you upload your first media to Fangate and try to generate your first link.

Do I have a public landing / collections page?

Yes. In your profile, there is a "My collection" section. If you share that link, it leads to all your uploads on Fangate which you added to your collection. To add an upload to your collection, simply select the "add to collection" toggle on your upload.

Will buyers see my real name?

Accepted Answer

No. You sell under the stage name you choose at registration — that is the only name on your links, your products and your public profile. Nothing you submit to Fangate or Veriff for the identity check is ever shown to buyers.

Yes. The link you create is valid for as many customers and for as long as you like. There is no need to generate a new link for every sale.

Payouts run on the 1st and 15th of each month by bank transfer (SEPA/IBAN, US routing number, UK sort code), after a 14-day rolling hold per sale. Fangate charges no withdrawal fee; if your bank or country charges one, it is deducted from the payout.

In principle, there is no holding period. Please note, however, that we are permitted to withhold funds if the payment provider used for your transaction is holding back funds. We will release funds as soon as the payment provider releases your funds. We may also hold funds if our internal guidelines (anti-money-laundering, KYC, anti-fraud-policy etc.) or applicable law require us to do so.

Yes. Every checkout page shows a “Send a tip” button above the payment box, and again after the purchase. Fans pick an amount from 1 to 75 in your account currency (EUR or USD), pay by card and can add a short message. They need no account, and you have nothing to switch on. If Telegram is connected, type @Fngatebot tip in any chat to send a card that opens your personal tip page. Tips land in your Fangate wallet as “Tip from a fan”, like any other earning. Normally your download starts automatically. If your download gets interrupted or won't start, the checkout page has a link you can copy to manually start the download. Furthermore, Fangate will automatically send an email with the download link to the email address you used when purchasing.

A file that fails is marked “Rejected by the content check” and cannot be sold; a file that passes lands in your vault and you can build the product straight away. AI content is only accepted through the AI bot @Fgatevipbot.
