Your creators' fans live on Telegram. Your chatters work in shifts. Your money comes from paid messages. Fangate Chats puts all three in one place: a Telegram CRM built into Fangate, made for agencies that run several creators and a chat team.
It is included with Fangate at no extra cost. The usual Fangate fees apply on sales. Fans pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or crypto, no Telegram Stars needed.
This guide walks through every part of it, with animated demos of the real screens on desktop and phone.

1. Connect your creators
Link a creator to your agency in Fangate and the request to connect goes out by itself. Ask all to connect reaches every creator at once. Each creator gets the request in Fangate, with reminders on Telegram or by email. They see exactly what your agency can and can't do:
- Can: read and reply to fans who write to them, send paid messages from their Vault.
- Can't: see their password, bank or wallet, or delete their Telegram chats.
Connecting takes about two minutes. Your status list shows who is Connected, Requested or said Not now, with a Remind button.
Your agency
Your creator
Two ways to connect a Telegram account:
- The creator's own Telegram account: log in with the phone number or a QR code. No Premium, no bot. Fans keep writing to the creator like before.
- The creator's own bot: created with @BotFather in two minutes and added as a chatbot (needs Telegram Premium). Telegram only lets bots reply within 24 hours of the fan's last message; the CRM shows that reply window in every chat.
Accounts logged in by phone run over a dedicated proxy per account, provided by Fangate and included. You can also bring your own under Settings → Proxies. Right after connecting, the CRM shows the buyers found: fans who already bought from that creator on Fangate.
2. Home: your agency at a glance
Home is the first screen of the day for owners and managers:
- Earned today, compared with yesterday, plus the month.
- Connected creators and which ones need a reconnect.
- Team members online, and Live: handled creators: which creators have a chatter online right now.
- Unassigned chats and how many wait longer than 15 minutes. One click opens them, and you assign each one to a chatter or join the chat yourself.
- The latest sales and notifications.
3. One inbox for every creator
All Telegram accounts of all your creators land in one inbox. Pick a creator or see them all. Every message goes out as the creator.
- Quick filters: Mine, All, VIP, Whale, Buyers, Unread, plus tags, chatter, unassigned and your own folders.
- Sort by newest, top spenders or oldest unread first.
- Live strip: fans online right now and unread chats.
- Fan panel next to every chat: lifetime value, this month, buys, average buy, tips, last buy, tags, team notes and the full purchase history.
- Fast work: quick replies with
/, voice messages, reply, edit, pin, delete for everyone, search in the chat, archive and mute. - Keyboard:
Ctrl+Kopens commands and fan search,J/Kjump to the previous or next chat. - Sales feed: the latest sales next to the inbox, or only your own.
4. Selling in the chat
Open Vault / Create PPV in the chat, pick photos and videos, set the price and send. The fan gets a card with a blurred preview and an unlock button, right in Telegram.
- Send paid messages, free media or an existing PPV bundle.
- Set your own blur for the preview. The fan sees the original only after paying.
- The picker marks what this fan already bought or was sent before, and your bestsellers.
- Every offer shows its status: Sent, Payment pending, Bought ✓ or Not sold. An offer expires after 24 hours; one tap sends a new payment link.
- Ask for a tip with a tip card.
- Only content Fangate has approved can be sold. Each offer checks the media again before it goes out.
The fan pays without leaving the chat, in seconds, with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or crypto. The sale shows up live in the CRM and is credited to the chatter who sent the link.
5. Fans, lists and tiers
The Fans page is your fan database across all creators:
- Smart lists: VIP, Whale, Buyers, Never bought, Lapsed (no purchase in 30 days), New this week, Blocked.
- Stages: New → Warm → Buyer → VIP. You set the VIP and Whale thresholds yourself under Fan tiers.
- Filters by creator, channel, stage, spend and tags.
- Bulk actions: select fans, then tag them, add them to a list or assign them to a chatter.
- Fan page: spend, buys, average order, tips, the full history of purchases and offers, notes and tags. Export the data, or block a fan.
6. Team, roles and permissions
Invite chatters and managers by email or with a one-time invite link. They get their own login, never your password, bank or wallet.
- Chatter: chats with the fans of the creators you assign.
- Manager: runs the team and sees every creator.
Permissions per member:
- Send paid messages, and the lowest price they can offer
- Send free media
- See fan spending
- Hide Telegram handles
- See Vault and existing PPV, upload new files
- See payroll, change the fan distribution
7. Keep your fans safe from chatter theft
Agencies lose fans when chatters take them elsewhere. Fangate Chats closes those doors:
- Hidden handles: chatters don't see fans' Telegram @usernames.
- Links and handles are blocked: chatters can't send links, @handles or phone numbers. Every attempt shows up in Team → Activity.
- Access per creator: chatters only see the chats of their creators, or chats you give them.
- No double answers: while a colleague or manager is typing, writing pauses for the others, so the fan never gets two replies.
- Shift lock: writing works only during a chatter's shift, and pauses on a break.
- Pause all: one switch stops all chatting on the team. Fans can still write.

8. Fan distribution
When a fan waits for an answer, the chat runs through your flow, step by step, with the minutes you set:
- Caretaker: the core chatter who has this fan.
- Core team: the creator's core chatters on shift.
- Helpers: the creator's helpers on shift.
- Queue: everyone with access to the creator can take it.
- Manager: admins get an alert in the bell and on Telegram.
Decide per creator who is core and who is a helper, cap the number of open chats per chatter, or fix a fan to one chatter. When a chatter ends a shift or leaves the team, their chats go only to colleagues with access to that creator.
9. Shifts and payroll
Plan shifts per chatter and time zone: fixed hours, full days or flexible. The week plan shows worked, planned and missed hours, your peak hours and which creators have no chatter on a day.
Payroll calculates every chatter's pay for you:
- % of sales after fees, per hour, both, or a fixed amount per pay period.
- Commission on refunds and chargebacks is taken back automatically.
- Pay period: daily, weekly, every 14 days or monthly.
- Each amount shows its full calculation. Mark as paid, note a difference, export CSV.
- A new pay counts only after the chatter agrees to it.
- Chatters see their own sales and earnings under My earnings.
10. Auto-messages and scripts
Auto-messages run per creator and stop as soon as a chatter replies. Start from a template:
- New fan writes first
- Not bought within 24h
- Fan buys something
- VIP: no buy in 30 days
- Fan writes outside your hours
Or trigger on keywords like "price" or "menu". Build the steps: message with the fan's first name, free photo, PPV, wait, add tag, assign to whoever is on shift, notify the team, and a branch for when the fan replies. Set stop rules: fan buys, fan replies, chatter takes over, fan says stop. A live preview shows what the fan gets, and Send me a test tries it on you first.
Chatters can also run any auto-message step by step from the chat as a script. Add quick replies per creator or for all creators, and your own Telegram bots and rules under Automations.
11. Analytics and tracking links
Analytics splits your numbers six ways: Overview, Chats, Chatters, Sales, Fans and Creators. Net or gross, any period, filtered by creator, chatter or source.
- Chatters compared: revenue, hours, revenue per hour, purchase rate, first reply time, refunds and revenue per $1 of pay.
- Sales: revenue by type, PPV funnel, which price sells and the best selling times by weekday and hour.
- Fans: the few fans who bring most of the revenue, fans slipping away, new and returning buyers.
- Chats: how fast the first reply and the first purchase come, and chats without a chatter.
Tracking links show where your fans come from. Create one per source, like an Instagram story or a TikTok bio. It opens the creator's Telegram chat, and the CRM counts clicks, new fans, buyers, revenue and conversion per link.
12. Sale notifications on Telegram
Link your own Telegram once. The Fangate bot then sends you every sale, with the creator and the chatter who sold it, and a daily summary with sales, new fans and who is waiting. Set quiet hours, alerts in the browser and a sound on each new sale.
Your Telegram
13. Vault and products
Your creators' whole Vault and product library is inside the CRM. Upload photos and videos, sort them into folders and see what is still in review. Chatters with the right permission can use it too.
